Eclipse Touring are a leading Adelaide dance music promoter catering to all forms of electronic dance music. Established in 2005, we initially built a reputation for hosting some of Adelaides most succesful drum and bass events.
Our first show was the sold out charity fund raiser Blind, followed by successive capacity events in Mampi Swift (at Black Cat) and Kosheen (a Day at the Beach). In our first 2 years we have expanded into other forms of dance music and have now hosted in excess of 50 events (including several major festivals) featuring iconic artists such as Jurassic 5, Roni Size, Grand Master Flash, Paul Van Dyk, Kosheen, DJ Shadow, Z Trip, QBert and James Zabiela to name but just a few.
Our events regularly play host to crowds in excess of 1000 people across a range of music styles inclusive of Drum and Bass, Electro, House, Hip Hop, Funk, Techno, Trance and more. We have been chosen 2 years running to promote Australia ’s biggest dance music event… The Future Music Festival. In 2007 we were nominated at the SA Dance Music Awards for best Party over 1000 People (We Love Sounds 2006) and Best Promoter.
We always endeavour to provide the best possible stage for both the punters and artists. As South Australians we pride ourselves on delivering acts which have previously been the domain of the bigger cities whilst always catering to Adelaide ’s unique dance music scene.
The size, status and quality of our events reached a new level in 2007. 2008 (trust us ;-) is already guaranteed to be our biggest ever.
